At Beauty Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of the original delivery date. Simply return the unopened items to your salon location, along with your packing slip or shipping confirmation email, for a smooth return process. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products Ineligible for Return:
Certain products are not eligible for return, including clearance items, appliances (such as curling irons and hairbrushes), and any items marked as final sale. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for specific details on your order’s return eligibility.

Damaged or Missing Products:
If you receive a damaged item or are missing items from your order, contact us at info@beautydirect.net within 48 hours of receipt. Our customer service team will respond promptly to assist with resolving the issue.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Salon Enrollment Program must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (i.e. CAN-SPAM Act) and all other anti-spam laws. Beauty Direct reserves the right to suspend or remove Salon Enrollment Program from our affiliate program at any time and without warning. Upon termination, you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by Beauty Direct or Refersion. Salon Enrollment Program terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Refersion network.
